Why do the notification dots on the @SlackHQ mobile app never vanish if I clear them on desktop? I always end up thinking I’ve missed a notification, then tap in to find it clearing itself instantly. Infuriating.
Sorry for the trouble here. To confirm, have you marked everything as read using Shift + Esc? You will need to do this for each workspace. If that doesn't work, could you please write to us at feedback@slack.com and include this thread tweet? We'd love to take a closer look.
