@SlackHQ, trying to remove an app from our research Slack after a trial period before paying, but simply cannot do it. No obvious "Remove" link in App mgmt menu or the app page itself, even after following instructions 1,001 times.

Hi Linda, while it's odd that you cannot remove our app, there is no reason to worry – our trial will end automatically and we can't and won't charge you without a payment method. If you send us your e-mail via DM, we'll also be happy to cancel your subscription manually.
