Hi! I there someone able to DM me to help me? I accidentally signed into your Slack workspace with the wrong account and now I can't sign in with the proper one until the old one is deleted. I deactivated it but it needs to be purged by

Hi Hannah! Are you able to reach out to an Admin of that workspace? They will be able to change the email on the wrong account to a placeholder, which will let you log in with the correct one!

No, I can't tell who's an admin, and I already deactivated my profile on that workspace so I can't get back into it. That's why I'm resorting to Twitter.
