@SlackHQ Lately Slack has been really bad at failing to notify me about things. The Windows Slack client just seems to fail to update while in the background pretty often and the Android app (on Pixel 4a) also seems to fail to send notifications at times as well.

Yesterday I was irritated because I was tagged and DMed but nothing showed up from either the Windows 10 app (until I manually checked) or the Android app. In the latter case it could be a general notification delay, but it was poorly timed.
We hear you. Apologies for the delay! We're working to improve Android push notifications right now, so hopefully you'll see improvements on that front soon. As for your desktop app not showing the notifications/badges until you manually look, that's odd. 1/2
