@SlackHQ routinely losing messages is seriously hurting my productivity. Imagine sending a long explanation with code snippets and links, only to find out that it never reached the recipient, sometimes hours later. It's been getting worse each month. Any reasonable alternatives?

Yikes! Losing messages is bad in itself — we're so sorry to hear this has been happening routinely. When you lose these messages, what does that look like? They fail to send, but you don't get notified of it? Or your page refreshes in the middle of typing? Or something else?

It appears to be sent. Then I come back to the the app later, it refreshes (like a webpage) and some of the latest messages from various channels have disappeared without a trace. I only notice by chance, sometimes hours later. So far, this seems completely random.

This happens several times per week. The impact is huge. Someone might be blocked while waiting for an answer that I *did* send, by that the app erased without anyone's knowledge.
