@SlackHQ routinely losing messages is seriously hurting my productivity. Imagine sending a long explanation with code snippets and links, only to find out that it never reached the recipient, sometimes hours later. It's been getting worse each month. Any reasonable alternatives?

This happens several times per week. The impact is huge. Someone might be blocked while waiting for an answer that I *did* send, by that the app erased without anyone's knowledge.
That's not good. Are you on desktop, or mobile? And are you using an app, or are you accessing Slack via a web browser?
