What about personal chats? I thought you guys have had created a solution to backup personal chats.

Please know that only Workspace Owners / Admins can do this, so you may need to get in touch with your team to help.May we ask you to elaborate on what you mean when you say "personal" chats? Are you maybe referring to direct messages?

Yes, direct messages.

Hi there! Only Workspace Owners on the Plus plan and Org Owners on the Enterprise Grid plan can apply to export private data, including direct messages.
