Unless I'm missing something, @SlackHQ makes it very hard to manage multiple slack channels you may be involved with and invited to based on potentially having multiple email addresses.

I've been invited to multiple channels with multiple email addresses (work, personal, etc.). I want a single Slack login that I can associate with email addresses.
Ah, we see. Each Slack workspace is its own entity, and each require their own login. A single login for all of your workspaces is definitely a feature request we have heard before. We're not working on anything around this now, but we will send on your feedback!

But the desktop app seems to have allowed something similar. I can see all of my workspaces at once. How's that working now?

You can sign in to multiple workspaces that are associated with a single email address on both desktop and mobile by verifying that email address during the sign in flow. You'll need to repeat this for different email addresses, though.
