@SlackHQ if I get direct DMs (which show as a numbered badge), read them, then close the DM channel, the next time I open Slack, those notifications are still there. Please fix this, it's annoying.
Hi Robert! Sorry to hear about this frustration. Can we have you clear your cache? That should solve your issue. Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Restart will do it.
