Are we doing something wrong or removing an user from a @SlackHQ organization also removes the Slack Apps the user created at the organization?

Oh, I didn’t know that! We deactivated the user earlier today, but if we reactivate it the app will be back and then we can add a colaborator, right?
Not quite. Reactivating the user won't reactivate the app, we're afraid. If you send us a note to feedback@slack.com, we can look into getting that transferred on our end for you!

Oh ;( Well, it was just a simple app from which we used only a webhook to get updates from our CI, so I think it will be faster to just create a new one and update the webhook url at the CI! Thanks for the quick help! :)
