It's great when Slack appears to be having connectivity issues, because people are apologizing for poorly ordered messages, before we realize everyone's messages are incorrectly sorted, and we all figure out that it's Slack's fault. Except the realization messages show first.

It's more than my HUD says they are on the call constantly and won't refresh even when I clear the cache, not that their UI is stuck in the calling state.
They might need to refresh things from their end if their status is stuck. Please ask them to try reloading Slack with Cmd/Ctrl + R, or setting another status. Does that change what you see?
