I think they asked Trump to return the docs, and he didn't. This caused the FBI to conduct a raid.
On the other hand, the Biden team self reported and surrendered the docs.

Douglass Murray seems to have forgotten that donny obstructed recovery attempts for over 12 months, ignored a grand jury subpoena, got his lawyers to sign sworn statements lying to the fbi and then a legal search warrant was obtained. Come back to me when Biden is there.
