No chance from retail, but you can still hunt down low firmware units on auction sites if you can seek out guaranteed NEW IN BOX units with photos showing model CFI-10XXA on the box exterior.
OR: Model CFI-11XXA + Serial to guarantee early November 2021 manufacture date (image)
early November being the latest, anything prior to then would be even better.
October 21st 2021 4.0.3 released = bueno
December 1st 2021 4.50 firmware released = no bueno

I have access to 2x CFi-1015A consoles still SEALED where would you recommend I put these (dont want to sell on eBay or locally to someone that will update without realizing what they have)

There should definitely be people seeking these systems out still. Could maybe try sell on a homebrew subreddit, or a local social media page like FB Marketplace or a group.
How much you looking for them? I'll still need to track one down for myself some day haha.
