Kinda frustrated that my brain cannot grasp how to do class hall's quests/missions(?) with recruits, champions, resources, etc #dumbSkolnick

Have you recruited your first two champions? Missions usually pop up after that.
Yes :-) Received 2 champions. Have been stuck/confused with a quest involving work orders (pickup?) and recruiting and resources.

there's a banner or something next to the recruitment officer when your pick-up (recruits) are ready. That's all that is.
