Niantic & the Pogo company can learn something from Blizzard if they want new players to play their games. Give tutorials, instructions.

You came to the wrong conclusion, though. P:G is simple enough to not require tutorials. Blizzard games aren't, yet. Someday..
Unless there is a basic server interaction failure thats causing the game to not provide any resolution, its sadly undocumented
