Warcraft Lore-y folks o'wisdom: Does Sylvanas still have the power to 'raise' characters as her foresaken?

AFAIK her Valkyr do that for her (since Cata). I thought per-Cata forsaken were made by the Lich King then broke free.
.@DonaldHindle If Valkyr are still at her service to perform this, I am curious how she can utilize this power to 'save' future characters..

Valks can raise ordinary folks, but for Sylv a Valkyr has to sacrifice herself (maybe it takes more power for a twice baked?

Believe only 2 Valks left so if Sylv gets dead 2x not only is she dead dead but the forsaken are headed for extinction

didnt she "use up" a couple valkyr when she threw herself off of ice crown and they brought her back??
