Blizzcon question: I purchased a ticket for person who can no longer go. Their name on ticket. I allowed to get/mail them their goodie bag?

@Pallimmanis Yes. I purchased all with my credit card. Have email confirmations for all and forwarded them out, but one attendee cannot go.
