Would buying enough Christmas blend espresso to last me until next Christmas be unreasonable?

@SkolnickWho@Jasyla_ Don’t grind it, vacuum seal the bags, use it once you open it,keep in cool dark place (not freezer). -
@wowcynwise@SkolnickWho freezer is bad? That's where I keep it now. I don't grind it until I make a cup though.
