Biggest concern is that we are successful in getting a lot accomplished putting in 7am-9:30p office time days, management will continue it.

@fenjayminor We've been working on a software conversion. Layoffs & understaffed. Unrealistic timelines. Owners/top mngrs trapping everyone.
