I learned today that the dialect that exists in Cleveland, a short 80 miles from me, is called the Northern Cities Shift (NCS).

@Deacon_binder Add to that the fun use of regional phrases. Example: I ask 'Want to do with me?', other US regions ask it 'Want to go with?'
