@SkolnickWho lessers will be able to turned into either mogu charms or elder charms. Elders will only be useable on t14 content.

@SkolnickWho To my casual self, 5.2 means I keep my valor for cheaper stuff and I trade in my Lesser Charms now for Elders for Sha. -
