In Dread Wastes as 89. Haven't finished all quests in zones. Once I get to 90, are there obvious directions on how to get a flying mount?

@Hasteur I do not believe I have yet. Is it a quest? My time I get to game is varied & I'm pretty behind the curve on basic fundamentals.
