Thanks everyone! .. Looks like Motes of Harmony are random from mobs. I'm only 86 questing & haven't seen any yet. You are all wonderful.

@SkolnickWho they run hot and cold, too. Also, if you aren't justice capped, there's no way to earn them at 90 other than convert honor
@Lignar I'm not 90 yet, but I'm not sure what my JP total is now. Maybe I'm capped and that's restricting Motes from dropping?

@SkolnickWho sry, wasn't clear. They're unrelated. JP cap is 4k, but once you hit 90 you can't queue for random normals and get JPThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
