My lowly lvl 86 w/maxed mining, yet blacksmithing is locked near 575 due to needing those Harmony mats. How do I learn how to obtain these?

@Katalaria Never seen one before after questing in Jade Forest & figured it was a transmute,etc since games not clear/info how to get them.

@SkolnickWho The motes drop from any of the mobs in Pandaria. In my questing from 85-90 I ended up with 4 1/2 Spirits (45 motes).Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
