Ol' Warcraft friends... Imagine if I wanted to return back to WoW pre-Shadowlands, in order to level up to where I should be for this xpac, is there a "best method"/event I should do? I'm so very removed from the game/knowledge that I'm feeling like a stranger in a strange land.

I can't think what "mini game henchman quest" thing might refer to, so I don't think that ever happened? I can't stand to grind, not even for things, barely do world quests, but I enjoyed all of BFA (alliance) and grind wasn't to levels that put me off.
I'm sure I have the mechanics incorrect, but it was some hands-off mini game (reminds me of what an old phone game would be) where you select heroes/menchman to go on a quest & wait (or something similar). I really enjoy the questing/exploration of new expansion zones.
