Ol' Warcraft friends... Imagine if I wanted to return back to WoW pre-Shadowlands, in order to level up to where I should be for this xpac, is there a "best method"/event I should do? I'm so very removed from the game/knowledge that I'm feeling like a stranger in a strange land.

I just logged in for the first time in like 7 years. MoP maxed toons (90?) are now level 35.
When you say level 35, my old-school brain says "yay! time for Swamp of Sorrows"...
