Seems to be a new map. And for an unknown zone. But with island expeditions they can draw maps for islands they'll never have to actually include in the game.

There's a guy in a castle off the southeast corner of Stormsong who has maps hanging around. Now I'll have to look at the screenshot I took to see what he has.
