When it comes to overall, major design decisions, do we know if Blizzard alternates each expansion with a different team? Thus, WoD and BfA are the same, MoP and Legion are paired? I ask because the terrible WoD garrison thing hopefully doesn't rerun as BfA "Missions"

This is a system that never went away and has been improved upon with Legion.
Life had me missing most of WoD>>Legion years. I only recall absolutely disliking every early moment I spent doing anything with garrisons/missions/etc. For me, that was not WoW gaming I log in for. I'm loving BfA quest/world/story. I hope Mission mini-gaming is not required.

They are not, i ignored my mission tables for most of Legion. Every now and then a quest would have to go to it and send your followers, but it was nothing like WoD

I loved the mission table in Legion, made hundreds of thousands of gold thanks to that feature. Hoping BfA can offer some of that as well.

Plus if you download the Wow mission app (don’t remember exact name) you can do all your mission stuff when you are on the go/working/bathroom and then just play the game when you are at the computer :) how you liking the Allied quests?

The realism and immersion is excellent. Besides the amazing intro scenes & quests, I opted to first quest in Drustvar. Creepy themed and great. Eventually I'll choose the zone closer to the Jaina/storyline action. Leaving Missions off the table, its 10/10 xpac for me thus far.
