When it comes to overall, major design decisions, do we know if Blizzard alternates each expansion with a different team? Thus, WoD and BfA are the same, MoP and Legion are paired? I ask because the terrible WoD garrison thing hopefully doesn't rerun as BfA "Missions"

Unless future zones are locked behind them, a la broken isles. This fear is a big reason I didn’t buy. I don’t have time to play garrison/orderhall resource grind and AP grind and still actually play the content.
Although my overall availability to game has decreased (vs. MoP etc), I would be very disappointed if ANY portion of my login experience had to involve these Missions. Besides that...So far, the BfA zone beauty & storytelling of quests is top notch.
