I think this is the same team as WOD because the questing is top notch. I’d hope they treat the garrison as a lesson learned. But with island expeditions, warfronts, world quests, and mythic+. Missions won’t matter anyways.
When it comes to overall, major design decisions, do we know if Blizzard alternates each expansion with a different team? Thus, WoD and BfA are the same, MoP and Legion are paired? I ask because the terrible WoD garrison thing hopefully doesn't rerun as BfA "Missions"

Unless future zones are locked behind them, a la broken isles. This fear is a big reason I didn’t buy. I don’t have time to play garrison/orderhall resource grind and AP grind and still actually play the content.
