I've read concerns that the Horde suddenly looks like the "bad faction" under Sylvanas. Historic reminder: The Horde faction managed a dragon breeding program. They kept Alexstrasza captive and forced her to produce red dragons to be used as Horde mounts for orc dragonriders.

Precisely. Simply an example that their story is a beautiful rollercoaster narrative. Horde started as, essentially, group of conventional storybook monsters (goblins, zombies, orcs, trolls). Their glorious storyline faces uneven leadership decisions, yet ability to rise above.
