I've read concerns that the Horde suddenly looks like the "bad faction" under Sylvanas. Historic reminder: The Horde faction managed a dragon breeding program. They kept Alexstrasza captive and forced her to produce red dragons to be used as Horde mounts for orc dragonriders.

This was during the Second War, which was the old Horde under the leadership of Orgrim Doomhammer. The Dragonmaw clan did this with the help of Deathwing. This was not Thrall's Horde (the Horde we players are part of). https://wow.gamepedia.com/Dragonmaw_clan
