Presumably also a lot of decisions are not in her hands, she has to try and weave together events/lore that are already decided for the game itself.

She is now in charge of the story unlike a couple years ago. What happens now in Warcraft is Golden’s story. From my understanding and the knowledge she is not the sole crafter of the whole story
I'm nearly 2 xpacs removed from understanding the major lore anymore. However, what IS clear to me is how ludicrous it is if anyone is causing troll warfare on one of the kindest, accurate, passionate WoW storytellers we are blessed to have. They need to be kind; Or be silent.
