They can't do that until people have spent the money on the expansion and have played through 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3.
Funny how they didn't even try to make Garrosh look redeemable once they announced he'd be the end boss of MoP. I don't think Sylvanas will be the end boss persay, but I don't like the direction she's going.

Yeah they made the mistake of announcing it beforehand because they were trying to placate the idiots who were butthurt at "lolpandas," which is still probably the dumbest complaint about any of the expansions to date.

Mists of Pandaria was and still is my favorite expansion. Great atmosphere, story, and music.
