AU Gul'dan was done perfectly, we had a long time in game and in the cinematics demonstrating how powerful he was. If we dont see an actual large presence of Azshara herself, including in cutscenes/ect, then she's definitely dying when she pops up in 8.1 or 8.2.
Azshara should kill Malfurion. I really want this to happen while Sylvanas and Malfurion are fighting and while Horde troops might see Azshara the Alliance don't and blame the Horde for Malfurion's death and the tree's burning. Causing the Alliance to turn to Lordaeron.
