What do you mean? Lillian's done a lot of good in her time of undeath. Dispatching a lot of the Scarlet Crusade and Necromancers. Though it is surprising she's aligned with the Horde fully now - guess that was hinted with her Class Campaign.

I find it regretful that Voss is the Forsaken character that gets a lot of screentime when Shademaster Kiryn and Bat-Rider Cullen have far more charm. Comparatively Voss feels like someone's fanfic OC. Not a fan of Voss because she's a "rule of cool" trope.

I quite liked her backstory and WoW's full of badasses. If you were to choose someone who was notable for the Forsaken people as a follower you would've gone with Cullen or Kiryn. But the outcry for Voss would be loud. Smart decision on Blizzard's part.
