I think the action in Argus makes it quite clear that Aggramar & Sargeras have been hunting down the spirits of the Titans, with Eonar the only one they haven't "found" yet. I honestly don't see how that doesn't fit in with the first page you share?

The second page, reading before Legion, certainly gave me the impression that the souls died after reaching the watchers. But they clearly didn't, and Chronicle doesn't say they did, that was an assumption on our part, and us making an assumption is not Chr beng wrong (cont)

Sigh. I will never convince you, but I promise you. The day will come when it's revealed and I am 100000% going to make a video about it when it happens telling everyone that I told them so
