Maybe I can help a little. Although it is no longer cannon the wow rpg guide said Orcs can be anywhere from 250 to 300 lbs so it give you a starting point. Bann is Mok’nathal so he’d be even bigger, perhaps 300 and above. Big boy.

Additionally: my go to reference for nelf males, Arnold Schwarzenegger (he got that classic triangle bod) was 260lbs at his peak. 300 is very reasonable for orcs.
