It definitely makes the Jailer wanting the 4 of them make way more sense because right now Jaina, Thrall, and Baine feel like they were totally incidentally captured because only Anduin was needed. Tyrande also fits Ardenweald too, considering she was the 5th attempted capture.
It definitely gives more of a reason besides just, "Oh Sylvanas hated these guys and they're peaceful." That being all being said, I don't think they are pieces he necessarily needs like Anduin. Because he was displeased by all of them except for him, unless that was all an act.

I don't think they're going to be doing this either, even though it comes off way more interesting as a story to me and seems like a moment that would really make the Jailer seem like a villain. Once again all the pieces for an interesting twist are there and they dont take it.

I don't think they're gonna take it either. That could just be because apart of me doesn't want them to but at the same time it does just seem a little too clever of writing for them to do. Not to diss at Blizzard's writing team or anything of the sort.
