It is really weird, Rexxar can use two one-hand weapons, but we can not do that in the game. The BM and Survival hunter is much different, he more like a warrior , in my mind, The hunter is more like Windrunner family~
Well, both Sylvanas and Alleria are a version of hunters not available in-game either. Sylvanas is a Dark Ranger and Alleria is a Void Ranger. As for Rexxar he like other characters in WoW is a multi-class of Beastmastery, Survival, and a Warrior.

The closest we got to Dark Ranger was when Marksman Hunters could learn Black Arrow, and I'll never forgive Blizz for taking that from me, but keeping god damn Arcane Shot, instead of, like, Quick Shot or something.
