He’d definitely not go to the Maw, he’s pretty much the epitome of traits that’d be confined to Revendreth. Noble intentions that are marred by corruption and sin. Same deal as Garrosh and Kael’thas, honestly.

Here's the thing about Lei-Shen that jumps him over a lot of people. And this is what people forget as well on why people go to the Maw. If they break the balance of the Shadowlands. Lei-Shen knows how to cheat death and that's a big concern.

Garrosh did worse and he’s in Revendreth.

Mmm... Garrosh did a LOT of bad, but Lei Shen enslaved a whole nation because they were "lesser races," and promptly sent them to build the Serpent's Wall because they were expendable and could die to the Mantid in mass.
