I'm sorry but WoW not having player housing is like astonishing to me. How can every other MMO have something and Warcraft is still like lol don't forget about your... garrison!

WoW will always have my full heart, but dear god it's so woefully behind in terms of other MMOs. Let me live where I want looking like whatever I want.
Customizations were the best part about Shadowlands for me and I will continue to hope they continue to add more and more to it with each expansion.

Shadowlands is the EIGHTH expansion. They've shown that the only thing they're passionate about adding to the game is mobile gaming mechanics such as excessive time gating. They've actually removed a shit tonne of customization features through the years. Remember minor glyphs?
