It is pretty fucking funny how when he was the least intimidating dragon he was the most intimidating person. But then when he became an intimidating dragon he became the least intimidating whiny little bitch.

You say he grew as a person But what kinda fucking person goes up to anduin and says that, after their last meeting, and all the while has the fucking gal to try and play his attitude and his "oh boo hoo my dad" after he literally tried to kill us. Three times.

I'd say that more when referring to Wrathion's notes on everything. He's gotten better but he's still very much well... Wrathion. He's still got growing to do which I think is still good but he's still a lot better than that whelp he was in Cata and Mists.
