Mok'nathal aren't Orcs they're haflings. Frostwolves is debatable when the closest we get is "they revere and tame snow wolves", and the Whiteclaw is a dead clan. As far as the respect for Goldrinn it's not because he's tied to nature. It's because his savagery is unmatched.
I'd still very much consider Mok'Nathal as an Orc Clan over all. The Frostwolves as explained heavily in the Lord of the Clans novel have a deep respect for the wilds they live in.
