Despite knowing the origins of the Mok'Nathal I choose not to bring it up ever because it is uncomfortable for me and the character(s). Simple as that really.

Also why would you anyway? There are horrible things written into the lore, it gices it more weight and (well, sadly) makes it more real. That's fine to be in the lore.. but why would anyone want to RP these horrible events? You can. But why would you ya know?
