Trust is a strong word to use. I don't think Thrall "trusted" Sylvanas like he did with Cairne and Vol'jin. Maybe... respected or tolerated is more accurate.

Well, instead of arguing semantics - my point is that he -allowed- the Lordaeron people who were afflicted with a flesh-eating virus into his precious horde when the alliance did not, something that up to this day makes the Horde a more interesting faction over the Alliance.

That much is true. But a lot of that credit goes to Hammul who made an argument for them to join the Horde. Part of what I always liked about the Horde and still do is despite all their differences they're all one big family. A family with issues. But a family.
