I honestly don't see Garrosh or Sylvanas as redeemable in my honest Alliance opinion.
Revendreth has people who have the titles of "World Killer" compare that to the acts of Garrosh and well... Yeah I think he's got a fighting chance as everyone else in Revendreth.

I feel it is his own pride and genuine belief he was right that condemns him.

And that's the point of Revendreth to resolve that. If they can't then they can't. But the fact remains Thrall is in the Shadowlands and I think that it's very very possible that he can be saved through him. It's not for us to decide.
