There was a lot to take in when you saw a sacred mountain is actually a "Crystal-Space-Ship" housing a power Naaru inside that draws in your people's souls. Even with the extra bits I don't think they'd believe them.

WoD was kind of a mess to Orc lore. It added more, but also took away a lot. MU Orcs - Fake ancestors tell all the Shaman that the Draenei are a threat. A plague breaks out, Gul'dan blames the Draenei for it. Etc. It's an understandable A to B. AU Orcs - Genocide because lolz.
