Every time I see, "Light vs Void" pop up in any of these conversations I still end up going, "I don't wanna join neither of y'all." And then I look at the Dragonflights and I see potential in each of the five flights because I actually like all five of them.

I definitely dont WANT it, because like with shadowlands does to classes like mages, most class/race fantasies simply dont fit either choice. But just looking at what theyre testing out in Shadowlands, and the setup being as obvious as BfA's death stuff, it's totally coming.
To me it just makes more sense to go the route of, "Oh hey the Light AND the Void are our enemies." we've got to stop them! Just as it stands right now it's going to be incredibly difficult to get me to like either of them. At least with the Shadowlands they had new factions.

Part of why covenants work at all for me is because they arent just like... paladins go to bastion, forsaken go to maldraxxus. Its much more nuanced. Cosmic forces are the pidgeoniest pidgeon holes.
