There's a difference between helping other faction heroes when there's a neutral threat and directly just coming along for the story of the other faction as like a hanger-on. The Alliance has now done that twice, in MoP and BfA, where they were the 3rd party to the Horde's story
What I'm saying though is that it's silly for Horde and Alliance to get upset over rescuing the Alliance and Horde leaders when that is our goal from the get-go.
